June 1 - June 20, 2025 - Driving from Maryland to Alaska
Our youngest daughter Maggie moved to Alaska two years ago. We've flown there commercially to visit multiple times since then. And last August I flew the Alaska Highway in the RV-7 to Alaska. During the many hours on that flight the thought occurred to me that we should drive it. I started planning. Both our current cars were high mileage so we'd definately need a new vehicle. In February we bought a brand new Toyota Sienna minivan -- a hybrid which gets great mileage. On June 1st we loaded up the van and hit the road!
